Description
Applications for the İstanbul Publishing Fellowship Program will be collected between 26 October 2020 and 25 December 2020. The program is organized by Turkish Press and Publishers Copyright & Licencing Society with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Every year, the program brings together publishers from around the world in Istanbul for copyright and translation negotiations. This year, some of the meetings will be held face to face, and some evets will be held online. The program will be held on 9-10-11 March 2021 through a mixture of live and online events.
The program will be organized for the 6th time this year. One of the highlights of this year’s program is the “İstanbul Publishing Fellowship Awards”. The awards will be given for the first time this year to honour the influential individuals and institutions in the publishing world.
Eligibilities
Executives of publishing houses, editors, copyright agencies, professional and non-governmental publisher organizations authors can apply to the program.
Benefits
Successful applicants to the İstanbul Publishing Fellowship Program will be provided with three different support packages.
Golden Support Package:
- Plane ticket (Round Trip / Economy Class)
- 4 nights’ accommodation
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided throughout the program
- Airport pick up and drop off service
