Welcome to the 7th World Conference on Women’s Studies (WCWS 2021) hosted by the Asian-African Association for Women, Gender, and Sexuality (AAAWGS). Women’s Studies as an interdisciplinary field is undergirded by bodies of feminist thought, which in turn have shaped many academic disciplines and policy initiatives as we strive for gender and sexual equality in homes, in the workplace, and in government.

 

The WCWS 2021 takes up the challenge to understand our differences and to work across them, listening and learning from one another, discussing, debating, and moving to which are ard the goals of equality, equity, and sustainability on this planet that we inhabit together. We hope the WCWS 2021 unites diverse researches and case studies from all over the world, in parallel sessions while offering many networking and publishing opportunities.

  • The acceptable word range for the abstract is 175 – 275 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be asked for revisions.
  • Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully. If the abstract template is not followed as in, it will be asked for revisions.
  • Your submission should be in English.
  • We encourage you to send informative abstract(complete abstract) which is a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion
  • Please send in a brief biography together with the Abstract.

Abstract Guidelines Structure

 

  • The acceptable word range for the abstract is 175 – 275 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be asked for revisions.
  • Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully. If the abstract template is not followed as in, it will be asked for revisions.
  • Your submission should be in English.
  • We encourage you to send informative abstract(complete abstract) which is a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion
  • Please send in a brief biography together with the Abstract.

 

Abstract Submission

 

Once you prepared your abstract according to the above guidelines,

 

  • Submit your abstract to abstract@womenstudies.co
  • After submission you will be acknowledged of the receipt of the abstract via an email within three working days.

 

 

IMPORTANT DATES

 

  • Early bird  payment deadline: 18th February 2021
  • Regular payment deadline for all presenters: 18th March 2021
  • Full paper submission: 11th June 2021
