The Hill Foundation is a charitable organization that aims to create a community of Oxford scholars and graduates, who would work to improve Russian culture and life. The Hill Foundation Scholarships financially support Russian students to study for any second BA or graduate courses at Oxford.

Eligibilities

Eligibilities
  • Applicant be a citizen of and normally living in the Russian Federation. He/she must have a first-degree bachelors from any university in Russia, and must not have been enrolled in any other degree program outside of Russia.
  • The representatives prefer candidates who demonstrate tremendously high academic capability, social and personal abilities of a high order. They seek candidates who aim to develop their professions in their homeland and who prefer to spend their entire lives in ways that are valuable to their home society, whether in academic, business life, public service, the professions, or the arts. The representatives would use the information that provided by the applicants in their application form to evaluate how they meet the conditions.
  • Candidates, who are offered this scholarship, would be required to confirm that they will return to Russia for at least a year, following accomplishment of their studies in the UK.
  • Scholarships would be granted on the basis of academic excellence.
  • Applicants must make sure that you meet the selection principles for their respective course

Application Process

The interested applicants must make an application to the Oxford University for a bachelor’s course through UCAS by 15 October 2020, and be fruitful in gaining a place. For 2021 entry candidates who apply by the 10 February 2021 scholarship deadline, the selection procedure would be undertaken in March 2021.

 

Candidates would be notified of their application result in April 2021. In order to be considered for this scholarship, applicant must submit his application for graduate study by the appropriate January deadline for the course, and tick the appropriate box on the graduate application form.

 

This scholarship is not open to applicants applying for postgraduate certificate or diploma courses, non-matriculated or part time courses. This scholarship is not open to applications from applicants who hold delayed proposals to start in 2021-22.
