Description
GLODEP is a Master degree level program which is funded by the Erasmus+ program. The GLOPDEP – Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree is a two-year program in development studies. The master program is well organized, and students will spend four semesters at four different universities. Palacky University (1st semester), University Clemont (2nd semester), University of Pavia (3rd semester), and The Auvergne (4th semester). The fourth semester is devoted for research and internship at any of the associated Erasmus+ program consortium.
The main aim of GLODEP and the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master program is to develop future individuals in the field of international development. The program aims to provide knowledge and skills to the students, to critically analyze issues and promote developmental policies at regional, national, and as well as international level.

Eligibility criteria:
Applicants from around the world with divers background and experience are encouraged to apply for the program. Preference will be given to applicants with excellent academic record, degree in fields like development studies, economics, geography, international relations, and sociology, interest in development policies, fluent in English.

The deadline for the master program is 31st January 2021 for the EMJMD scholarship applicants.
To apply for the program applicants must fill the online application form and attach the documents required. Once you have registered, you are requested to fill out your personal data. after filling in your personal data you will get to Creating Applications where you choose:
- Go to the Catalog
- Follow-up Master´s
- Faculty: Faculty of Science
- Communication mode: English
- Click on a study program and select Development Studies and Foresight – specialization in Global Development Policy
Documents required
All documents must be in English language and in PDF or JPG format. The documents required are:
- Scanned copy of Transcript
- Scanned copy of Diploma
- CV
- A motivation letter
- Two recommendation letters
- Proof of Nationality
- Proof of place of placement
The application fee is 690 CZK – approx. 26 €. The application is fully complete when you have filled out the application form, attached the required documents, and the application fee has been paid to Palacky University. Note that if any document is missing the application will not be considered. No changes will be accepted once the application form has been submitted.
