There are seven sections to be completed in the application form (Personal Details, Academic Qualifications, Scholarship and Employment Details, Housing and Transport, Referees, Attachments, Terms and Conditions).

 

The Admissions Office will not accept any documents in hard copy. Documents should be scanned and uploaded with your online application, according to the following guidelines:

 

  • Documents must be in PDF format with a maximum file size of 4MB
  • Photographs must be in JPEG format with a maximum file size of 2MB
  • GRE certificate is a mandatory document in the ‘Attachments’ section. Applicants can upload the extracted PDF report available in the GRE online account 10 days after sitting the exam.
  • Statement of Purpose is mandatory for all applicants and should be within 500 – 1000 words (statements beyond this limit may not be considered).
  • Research Statement is mandatory for all PhD applicants and should be within 500 – 1000 words (statements beyond this limit may not be considered).

– Detailed Curriculum Vita (CV)
– English language proficiency certificate (academic IELTS or iBT TOEFL)
– GRE (Graduate Record Exam) Certificate (applicants can upload the extracted PDF score report that is available in the GRE online account)

– Passport union number (for UAE Nationals only)
– Valid visa  (for non-UAE Nationals residing in the UAE)
