Supporting the achievement of the students is one of their main mission as a university and School, which is why, as part of their centenary year, the School of Management is offering one fully-funded MBA scholarship for the January 2021 semester.

Terms and Conditions for the Scholarship

 

  • Applicant must be fully self-funded for the studies
  • Must be taking admission in the Full-time MBA program at Swansea University in January 2021 – he/she must hold an unconditional offer and have accepted the place to study.
  • Students registering in any other program at Swansea University would not be qualified for this award.
  • Students studying for a Postgraduate Diploma, Masters by Research, or Postgraduate Certificate would not be qualified for this award.
  • The Scholarship would be applied as a tuition fee discount for the first year of study only; it cannot be mutual with any other award.
  • Candidates are not qualified to hold other Swansea University awards such as scholarships/ bursaries, or home country support, but those in receipt of a bursary may apply for Swansea University scholarship of a higher value such as the MBA Centenary Scholarship which would substitute the automatic bursary.
  • Holders of MBA Centenary Scholarship are practically expected to cooperate in Swansea University marketing activities and recruitment and inevitably agree to their details and names being released by the Recruitment, Marketing, and International Development Team of the University for marketing purposes.
  • If it is considered obligatory for the scholarship holder to suspend their studies, the scholarship will be held on university account and carried onward to the year of continuation of studies and the applicants will be expected to pay their personal contribution on a pro-rata basis.
  • The School of Management reserves the right to modify, withdraw, make, suspend or cancel without announcement, these and such other Principles as may be in force from time to time and such verdicts shall be last.
