Description
Thai Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1963 under the subsidiary of the Thai Government. The first manufacture of PVC pipes applied advanced technology from Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd., the chief Japanese PVC pipe manufacturer. From this technology transmission, Thai Pipe has established its own technology to the upper level. After more than 50 years of nonstop growth, the company has moved from an innovator to the leader in the manufacturing of PVC goods and became one of the foremost PVC pipe producers in the world.
Eligibilities
- Nationalities: American cadet from Virginia Military Institute (VMI), Citizen of Republic of Maldives, Timor-Leste, ASEAN and Chinese (preferred from Yunnan Province);
- With at least 2 years work experience in the Water-related field from the government sector;
- Graduate of Bachelor in Civil Engineering or related fields with a GPA 3.00;
- Applicants with physical impediment is also encouraged to apply;
- English Proficiency: IELTS-Academic or AIT EET score above 5.0
- Must fulfill the AIT admissions requirements.
Benefits
The scholarship covers tuition and registration fees. Other fees and living costs are to be borne by the student or another external donor.

Before beginning the application procedure, the applicant must read all the instructions carefully. Then they would be requested to provide a password. This would enable the applicant to return to his file anytime before application submission.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A non-refundable application processing fee of US$25 (or Baht 800) is mandatory for online applications. If you don’t select on-line payment, please fill in the Application Processing Fee Payment Notification Form.
- Your application is valid for one year from the first application date. However, an application fee is compulsory for every re-application.
